From the day that you receive your order, you are entitled to 14 days to cancel it. If you do wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within this time period, ideally by email.
Please email: support@cheapmowers.com. In the email, please include your name, postcode and the last five digits of your order number and advise the reason for wanting to return your item. We will then get in contact with you to arrange the next stage. However after this initial notification, you will then have the right to a further 14 days from the date, to arrange the return of the goods.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was received in error.
In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the machine.
Returned items should be made available for collection by our shipping company. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer.
We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. You will be responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if you are returning the item to us by your own chosen means, until it reaches us.
